Day 1 (Initial SAP Evaluation)
Day 2 (SAP-Specific Intensive Education)
Day 3 (Second SAP Evaluation)
$950.00 for the SAP Evaluation, this covers the cost of both the Initial Evaluation and Follow-up Evaluation.
DOT Regulations will be followed with the goal of assuring safety of both the motoring public and drivers performing safety sensitive functions.
